2. How We Use It

3. Cookies

The public site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The staff dashboard uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in, which is deleted when you log out.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy practices:

5. Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If an event (such as a lemonade stand) is run by a minor, the listing must be submitted by a parent or guardian, who is the one providing contact information and agreeing to our Terms on the minor's behalf.

6. How Long We Keep Data

Listings remain on the Site until they expire, are removed by the poster, or are removed by site staff. You can edit or remove your own listing at any time using the private edit link sent to your email when you first posted it.

7. Requesting Data Removal

To request that your contact information or a listing be removed, use your edit link, or email us at [email protected].

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
